Terms of Service

Welcome to FormaPrint. By placing an order on our website (FormaPrint.in), you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Handmade 3D-Printed Products

All items are 3D-printed individually. This means each product may have small layer lines, slight surface texture, or minor variations. These are normal characteristics of 3D-printed items and not defects.

2. Color Variations

Actual colors may differ slightly from photos due to lighting, filament type, and display settings.
Certain materials, such as Silk Gold PLA, naturally show more visible lines, micro-imperfections, and uneven shine.

3. No Refunds / No Returns

All items are made to order. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations after an order is placed.
If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with clear photos.

4. Order Processing

Every product is printed after the order is placed. Processing time is typically 1–3 days, depending on the item.

Delays may occur during high-volume periods.

5. Delivery & Payments

We currently deliver within Mumbai only using our delivery partner.

UPI Payments

If you want to pay by UPI, please place your order normally on the website first.
After placing the order, message us on WhatsApp at:

We’ll send you the UPI details and confirm your payment.

COD Orders

Cash on Delivery is not fully automated on the site yet.
If you prefer COD, please WhatsApp us at the same number after placing your order so we can confirm it before dispatch.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may require additional delivery fees.

7. Order Cancellations

Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Product Use

Products are designed for decorative or light-utility use. Avoid exposing items to heat, flames, or heavy pressure.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is only used to process and deliver your order. We do not share your data with third parties except where necessary for fulfillment.
